We are located in Roodepoort, in the West Rand and deal with most classes of short term insurance claims throughout the Gauteng region.
INTRODUCTION OF SERVICES
Our standard hourly fee rate is R275,00 for Sandra and R450,00 for Bruce per billable hour and our travel cost is R3,50 per kilometer closer than 50km and R2,50 per kilometer if further than 50km. We limit our fee charge excluding expenses for domestic claims to a maximum of R1 800,00 for burglary / armed robbery claims and to R1 500,00 for vehicle theft / hijack / storm damage claims. Our minimum small claims fee is R850,00 excluding expenses. We can further negotiate discounted rates on larger claims volumes.

Complete Loss Adjusters has operated as an independent Loss Adjusting company since 15 January 1998. In order to curtail cost and to provide a value added service to our clients in the Insurance Industry, we have kept our overheads to a minimum and have remained relatively small in order to provide a personalised, cost effective and speedy service.
We operate from a separate office at our residential address in Wilropark, Roodepoort since October 2000.
We have the required Professional Indemnity Insurance cover and also have Public Liability Insurance cover in place.
Although we are relatively small, we are technically advanced in that we used digital cameras, notebook computers, portable printers, scanners, e-mail facilities in order to render a professional, speedy and cost effective service in sync with our modern and constantly changing society whilst retaining traditional norms and ethical standards.
Our main aim is to provide a value added and adaptive service to our clients in a speedily, cost-effective and professional manner in order to ensure that the bona fide and legitimate claimant remains a satisfied client.
BEE Status
We qualify as an EME (Exempt Micro Enterprise) status being a small company with a verified turnover of less than R5million. EME's can be rated as BEE compliant.
CLAIMS HANDLING AND EXPERIENCE

DESIGNATION: Member of Complete Loss Adjusters CC / Practicing Loss Adjuster / Forensic

QUALIFICATIONS: B.Proc (UNISA). Currently busy with the Higher Certificate in Insurance at the
IISA for which two subjects are required. Associate Member of the Institute of
Loss Adjusters of South Africa (ILASA).
EXPERIENCE: Former Captain in the South African Police Services. Five years experience in
the investigation of fraud and economic related offences whilst stationed at the
Commercial Branch at Johannesburg Central Police Station and three years
experience prior to that at the Johannesburg Central Local Fingerprint Office
where crime scenes were investigated for fingerprints, forensic and
photographic evidence.
Practised as a Loss Adjuster in South Africa for the past nine years. Gained
considerable and valuable experience from experienced members of the
Institute of Loss Adjusters of Southern Africa whilst employed at Equity Loss
Adjusters of Southern Africa CC. and Wright Adjusting Company (Pty) Ltd,
currently trading as McLarens Toplis International Loss Adjusters.
Areas of experience and exposure:
Domestic, commercial business classes, fire & allied, buildings, vehicle theft
and hijack, goods in transit, liability and fidelity guarantee classes of insurance.
MEMBERSHIP: Associate Member of the Institute of Loss Adjusters of Southern Africa (AILA)

QUALIFICATIONS: In-house and extensive training by at first assisting in claims administration as a
Personal Assistant and later became more actively involved in claims handling
and adjusting.
EXPERIENCE: Started her career as a Clerical Assistant at the Johannesburg Central Local
Fingerprint Office where she classed fingerprints for search and confirmation of
criminal records on the Police Computerised System. She later started
as a Medical Receptionist at a large Medical Practice prior to starting as a
Personal Assistant at Complete Loss Adjusters CC. She built up valuable
experience from being actively involved with the administration and claims
settling on domestic claims until she later dealt with entire domestic claims,
which she has done for the past five years.
Areas of experience and exposure:
Domestic, specialising in burglary, robbery, all risk, building and vehicle theft
and hijack claims.
